Tasting notes: An intense, deep ruby with garnet tints. The typical bold, piercing aroma with fragrances of leather, spices and tobacco accompanied by scents of ripe plum. An unyielding, powerful yet elegant salvo on the palate with a long, pleasant lingering flavour. The grape’s characteristic tannins fuse well with the sweeter tannins of wood and it promises to age well for a long time. A pleasant finish.
